Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Keila picked up her first golf club at the age of five and has been immersed in the game ever since. After discovering her competitive edge in high school, she was recruited to play Division I golf at Utah Valley University, where she competed throughout her collegiate career.
At UVU, Keila was a consistent contributor on the course, earning recognition for her strong finishes and reliable play, while also excelling in the classroom as a multi-year Academic All-Conference honoree. She graduated with a double major in Business and Marketing, balancing the demands of Division I athletics with academic excellence.
Keila has always loved giving back to the sport. She volunteered with junior golf programs in Hawaii, helping young players grow both their skills and confidence. Today, she is focused on sharing her passion and expertise with the next generation of golfers, helping them develop their game, foster mental toughness, and enjoy all that golf has to offer.
Looking ahead, Keila aims to expand her coaching experience, work with players at all levels, and continue growing the game of golf in her community. She is especially passionate about mentoring juniors, helping them build a lifelong love for the game, and creating a supportive environment where players can thrive both on and off the course.
